Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups mini-marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Line baking pan with foil.
2. Microwave margarine in a large bowl until melted.
3. Stir in sugar and milk.
4. Microwave for 9 minutes. Stir every 3 minutes and scrape sides of bowl.
5. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until chips and marshmallows have melted.
6. Pour mixture into pan.
7. Cool in fridge until stiff.
8. Pop out of pan and cut into squares.

If you like mint, it also tastes great to use 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract instead of vanilla!
